Eudel has always been super warm and friendly in all our interactions. She always follows through with her actions as well. Shout out to Eudel. Give her a promotion/raise already.
Very disappointed with the lack of security at this apartment complex. My car was broken into last night, and it’s extremely concerning that residents don’t feel their property is safe. Management needs to take security seriously and do more to protect residents and their vehicles.
I always look at the maintenance staff and my daughter gave me great feedback on the field staff. Maintenance determines everything for me. If you can't fix it i dont need to be here. Because I have previous property management experience. I know a joke property when I see one. Please thank your maintenance staff and cleaning staff as well because without them in the background this wouldn't be a great place to live. I just wish the residents realize this and dont take people who do hardwork everyday for granted...even down ... read more
Camden Washingtonian is a beautiful building. The staff was wonderful. The apartments were lovely. I'm seriously considering this for my next home.
The service was amazing!!! Carlos Helped me with everything I needed Carlos was super professional He not only fixed everything that was broken But elso gave me clear Instructions how to maintain it all!!! Thanks for everything!!!
