I lived there for about a year and had a really hard time getting a response from the main building unless they reached out, then it is constant, which I am sure is just a policy they have. I moved in during the beginning of COVID so I try to be understanding. I will say the maintenance crew is fantastic but other then that this place is pretty rough.
