We recently had an unexpected after-hours emergency with our dog Kip, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Dr Mori at Camden Veterinary Hospital. Kip is a sensitive, people-wary dog, so vet visits can be stressful for him. Dr Mori was calm, patient, and incredibly respectful of Kip’s needs. He gave us space, moved gently, and allowed us to support Kip in a way that helped him feel safe. I’m new to Camden Vet,, but so happy with the service from both Vet and vet nurses ☺️
Brought my cat here for surgery. I did not want to have to write this but if I can save even just one person from having our experience it is worth it. Once the surgery commenced they realised she had cancer in her stomach and called me telling me they thought it best she were to be put down. I asked them if there was anyway I could let her recover from surgery to bring her home so I could have her put to sleep in her home and so I could spend a day with her to say goodbye. Im here to write a review because of how poorly this clinic treated my friend who had to, in a state of shock put her best friend down. This clinic rushed the process and did not show any care or remorse and to make matters worse when confronted by their terrible disrespectful behaviour they respond in other disrespectful ways by lying in their response.
