Our first time here. There's parking. Receptionist is welcoming. The vet Jess is so lovely. The way she treated my baby was so beautiful. Talking to him like I do and you can see she genuinely cares and loves animals. And on top of all of that she actually knows what she's doing. She showed me exactly what was wrong and how we will address it. Jess also picked up another issue my doggy has that no other vet had a clue. I would definitely recommend Aunty Jess and we will be making her our regular vet now 🤩
We recently switched vets and saw Dr Jess for our cat Princess, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Princess is usually very nervous and stressed at the vet, but Dr Jess was absolutely amazing with her. She was so patient, gentle, and gave her time to settle instead of rushing straight into the examination. You could tell she genuinely cared about making Princess feel comfortable.
