Unfortunately stuck in here. If possible I would have requested google to add ZERO star so I can give it this property. I went over the reviews and all the reviews related to below are true and as a current resident I confirm it. 1. You always end paying atleast 300-400dollars more combined with all other mandated unnecessary charges. They make it very #expensive from base price. Sam Acosta was a pleasure to work with! My mother and I like how kind and personable she is. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping others. She was respectful and answered all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it rained throughout our tour, but she was willing to give up her extra umbrella to keep my mother and I dry! Sam was also incredibly accommodating, making time to assist me with signing my lease.
