Dr. Ahmad Hassan is an incredible doctor! After my back surgery, my primary surgeon went on vacation, and during my hospital stay, Dr. Ahmad Hassan took excellent care of me. He treated me with the utmost care and consideration. Even during the weekends, he made himself available for any assistance I needed. Dr. Hassan is a compassionate and highly professional doctor. Dr Elbaky is a kind professional psychiatrist who I have seen for 4 years and has helped me get the correct treatment for my mental health during this time. The staff are always considerate and caring when booking appointments. If your looking for a professional doctor who will always try help you get better give them a call.
Terrible experience booking here. We have had constant delays for 5 months. Our first appointment was supposed to be October 2021. It was was delayed to Feb 2022 due to COVID reasons. When that came around, they told me the day before that they couldn't do it due to a scheduling conflict. The next available appointment was in March. They called me that morning cancelling it. The amount of disrespect is appalling. Shame on you people. To the people reading this, don't waste your time here.
All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Both specialists are extremely attentive, considerate and professional. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
