Completely Poor Service - I am extremely disgusted with the level of unprofessional service provided by Camden Valley Isuzu. I booked my 2024 Isuzu Dmax Xterrain in for its first 15,000km service on Thursday 5/06/2025. This was after a wait of approx. 8 weeks form booking the service. Extremely Poor Service – Ongoing Issues and No Accountability This place is beyond a joke. The service has been absolutely ridiculous, and no one seems capable of admitting fault. Instead of giving honest answers, staff repeatedly say “we don’t know” — clearly because it's easier than facing the truth. My car was booked in for a warranty repair on a leaking tray. A big thankyou to Rad, Corey and the team. Rad and Corey went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. Even assisted with child seat installation and add ons.
