I wouldn't recommend buying a isuzu d-max I brought a 24 model d-max a year ago got the 15,000ks service recently and a few warranty issues sorted witch hasn't been now booked in November to get looked at again witch will be the 3rd time back for the same issues when I picked up the car had oil over drivers door on the outside oil all over the engine cover and under the car the service lady at the counter shrugged off the tyre wear and wants me to drive around until 30,000ks service with the front tyres already near wear mar... read more
Completely Poor Service - I am extremely disgusted with the level of unprofessional service provided by Camden Valley Isuzu. I booked my 2024 Isuzu Dmax Xterrain in for its first 15,000km service on Thursday 5/06/2025. This was after a wait of approx. 8 weeks form booking the service. Extremely Poor Service – Ongoing Issues and No Accountability This place is beyond a joke. The service has been absolutely ridiculous, and no one seems capable of admitting fault. Instead of giving honest answers, staff repeatedly say “we don’t know” — clearly because it's easier than facing the truth. My car was booked in for a warranty repair on a leaking tray.
