Worst customer service I have experienced. Took over 9 months to fix a basic issue that they had parts of. No one returns calls (30+) follow up calls over 9 months) or takes calls they are always too busy!! Had to escalate externally for anyone to bother reaching out.
Recently purchased a new car with the fantasic help from Ken and Tom. I really appreciate the service they provided and they made the process nice and easy. Thanks a million.
Honestly one of the worst dealership service experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over two months just to get a booking, took time off work, and left my car with them the entire day and for what? Absolutely nothing. I clearly showed them photos and evidence of the issue, and they still came back with the classic “we couldn’t find anything wrong.” It’s ridiculous.
