Lauren was absolutely amazing with helping me find the right vehicle (I looked at 2 different models). The Test Drive was nice and easy, she explained everything really well, with great demonstrations. Ordering the car brand new from Factory was quicker than I expected :) but they made it available when I needed it. They damaged my car bumper during servicing, and the experience of trying to resolve it has been incredibly frustrating. I have been following up for over a month, yet nothing has been done. They don’t respond to emails, and every time I call, I’m told that someone from the service team will get in touch, but no one ever does.
