Avoid at all costs . Had a horrible experience on trying to get a lift kit installed . I dealt with Luke the whole way through and was fed lies . Started like any quote would , got a price of $2580 for supply install . I paid a deposit . 3 hours later I was told by Luke he was trying to track down front shocks and was unsure how long it would take to get them as they were coming from Queensland and that he would update me that same day . The team had my canopy to fix a defect. Proceeded to damage it and not report it to me, left it for me to find. Then hadn’t run the cable in conduit like it was previously, leaving it exposed to the elements. This occurred back in July and was only offered the solution of taking more time off work and waiting with my car for them to fix it. Now they won’t even reply to emails. Good service, easy to deal with and helpful. I gave them 2 stars due to purchasing pre-assembled struts, that didn’t line up with the lower shock mount on installation. They need to actually Q/A when they assemble them, not just slap them together and send them out the door.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and shop elsewhere. Absolute shocker from the outset, bar fitted incredibly badly, missing parts, bolts, washers, wiring left exposed, front grill was cable tied in, loose mud flaps, no washers on recovery point bolts and simply very low care factor. Bar taken back for refit, still sitting wonky and have been advised that sitting within spec even though it can been clearly seen. Part of the bar has caused damage to pipe in front of radiator as there is contact between them. Car was never altere... read more
