Lisa runs the show here and she is hands down the best general manager I’ve ever very death with at an apartment complex. With around 600 apartments between Camden west and Camden east, you’re bound to have plenty of issues and it’s never easy handling all those but she does a spectacular job. She’s very proactive and kind to everyone here. Thank you Lisa!
Lived here for 2+ years. Apartment was great. Maintenance staff was good. Administrative staff was almost useless. They have three-four people in office during business hours, all splitting one collective brain cell. They can’t answer simple questions, don’t follow up when they say they will, and are entirely unreliable to answer a call or text. Not entirely sure what they do. Make sure to speak slowly when interacting with them so they don’t overload or combust.
I’ve had an great experience living at Camden Tempe Apartments (East/Phase 1) for the past 18 months and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, convenient, and well-maintained community. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated near ASU’s campus, Sun Devil Stadium, Old Town Scottsdale, and Tempe Town Lake. There’s also very easy access to the 202 loop and Sky Harbor Airport. Absolutely wonderful experience, and the reception was very kind. My family and I toured with Ava Frias and she was so amazing in giving us directions and elaborate details about each floor plan, facilities, and much more!
