UPDATE REVIEW- DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! (BED BUGS) My girlfriend and i found multiple bed bugs on our couch / near the air vent in the living room. Meaning they could be in other units and or in the vents. We promptly told them about the issue and they told us it was our responsibility to PAY for the company to come out and take care of it because it states that in the lease agreement. Moved in a couple months ago. Leasing consultants were all super helpful! Building is easily accessible, love living here and all the amenities are great!
I recently visited Camden Tempe while looking for a future apartment, and Lonnie and LaVonda made all the difference! They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. Ive lived here for 1 1/2 years, the community and apartments are nice, But management is often unresponsive, making it frustrating to get even basic concerns addressed. There are plenty of staff in the leasing office during business hours so not quite sure why it’s so hard to get a response. The general manager, Lisa, has been particularly unfriendly and unhelpful in my interactions.
