I have retracted my review and change my rating. We had issues with mold that created an ongoing battle for 4 months until we moved out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
This is literally the worst place in the world, if you can live ANYWHERE else you absolutely should! Crime is through the roof and management does nothing about it, other than lie to residents regarding the severity of what is happening and the "extra security measures" taken which include telling residents changes are being made without actually changing anything. We moved in during August 2014. Initially we battled roaches (large and small German), but eventually got that under control. We no longer see roaches. Recently (2015), there have been many car break-ins, apartment robberies, and even TWO gun point carjackings!!!! These are SERIOUS problems, folks! Today, my apartment was robbed. Funny thing...the guy (we saw him run off), had a KEY! He even locked our door as he left with our goodies. He also had a KEY to our neighbors' apartment and robbed them as well!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! Especially if you have children. It is NOT safe. Car break-ins, carjackings at gun point within the community and now today someone WITH A KEY entered my apartment and my neighbors apartment and robbed us. Luckily I did not enter my apartment while he was still inside and luckily my daughter was not with me.
