RecommendedMy fiance and I moved into the apartments January 2020 and have had a fantastic experience. Our two bedroom apartment is spacious and has nice, high ceilings, and thankfully we rarely hear our neighbors. Any time we have had an issue or maintenance request the staff is quick to respond and fix the issue. The front office staff (Jessie, Kyle, and DJ) are all incredibly friendly and helpful. This place is the worst! They lie about where residents guests should park. Even tho ALL signs say to park in the parking deck...then they boot residents guests. So now they expect me to pay $75 bucks to unbolt the car I parked where I was directed?! Screw this company, all the employees are idiots and refuse reason! It is the worse place ever an individual could live and the whole company is money hungry and corrupt!!! I just renewed my lease for a third year at Camden St. Clair. I have never had such an awesome experience anywhere that I have lived. From the staff to the location, and of course the awesome amenities this place has it all. I’m looking forward to another awesome carefree year here.
It is a great place to stay, never felt like away from home. Very good maintenance team and wonderful office team members. Highly recommend!!!!!
I have lived at Camden St. Clair for 5 .years now and the team is great! Maintenance is always friendly and quick to make sure that my work orders get down. Specially Mike,jasmine and the maintenance team. Thanks.
