The Camden Southline has the best staff in southend. They go out of their way to help out and talk with residents. They literally talk to me every time they see me. Best place to live in the area period.
I have called Camden Southline home for the past year now. I cannot say enough about how professional and kind the leasing office and maintenance staff are on a daily basis. I travel frequently for work and the office is always willing to help bring in my packages while I am away. I have lived here for almost 2 full months now. Amanda Swilley was the leasing agent who helped my boyfriend and me pick an apartment and got us all settled in. She has been extremely thorough, extremely friendly, and so responsive. There was a huge ice storm the weekend we were moving in and Amanda and the whole Camden team went out of their way to help us move during the storm with as little stress as possible. I teach classes at Camden southline once a week and let me say that the fitness facility is top notch! I enjoy each and every person that attends my class and love the space we have! The space is clean and well organized. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great space to live.
I've lived here for a month now and have been very happy. Things can get a little crazy occasionally with the construction, but it's not been a huge hassle and things are still kept very clean. Office staff is great with communicating with the residents, and I actually feel like they go out of their way to make us feel at home.
