The list goes on and on. Most recently upon move out they charged me $160 to repaint and fill small picture frame holes. Who does that? That is nothing beyond normal wear and tear. My locked up bike got stolen from the parking garage during the 2 week period they left the gate wide open because it was allegedly “broken.” I would never recommend living here to anyone. Do your self a favor and pick any of the 20 complexes surrounding the area in Southend.

As an employee at another Camden property and a resident at Southline, I have been so impressed with everything. From my first tour with the staff, who have been super helpful, to the maintenance team, who have resolved any of the issues I've had very quickly - within the same day actually, my experience has been so great all-around. I absolutely LOVE living at Camden Southline. The staff is so helpful & the community is equally fantastic. The complex is perfect for my pup and the convenience to Public is a life saver!
We love living at Camden Southline. We have had a couple of maintenance issues since moving in, but they are always taken care of in a timely professional manner. Pablo came over today to fix our garbage disposal that was clogged and not working. He not only fixed it, he made sure that both sides of the sink where cleaned and even checked the ice maker when I mentioned we where having issues with it. I recently moved from a Camden property in Atlanta to Camden Southline in Charlotte! The leasing staff here goes above and beyond to make your living experience the best yet! I truly feel like I am at home when I am at Camden Southline.
I've lived at Camden Southline for almost a year now and I couldn't be any happier! All of the girls in the office have been incredible since before I even moved in and are so helpful whenever I need anything. The maintenance team is great and quick with any requests. I feel like I'm coming home to a resort everyday and this team has made me feel beyond welcomed as a new Charlotte resident!
