This was the first time I needed to call an RV tech and the experience was great. Michael and his wife showed up on time for an emergency call. Kitchen drain in our motorhome was completely leaking into the basement. To say it was a messy job is an understatement. They spent 4+ hours replacing the entire drain line, which had been patched, with duct tape by the previous owner :( It was hot, buggy, messy, wet, and smelly work. They just came to fix my awning today and I was very impressed. Very friendly and personable, had everything they needed and the knowledge to do it. They made sure everything was working. And when a piece broke(not their fault) during install they came up with a solution to make it work while they ordered the part. The wouldnt take money from me until they return with the part and complete it. I appreciated them very much and would highly recommend them for any rv repair needs.
Our roadside assistance company sent them when we had problems with our awning out of town. They were fast and friendly and helped us so we could get on the road soon. We may contact them when we are ready to repair.
I can't say enough good things about this mobile RV mechanic. When our trip was nearly derailed by an issue at 6 a.m., they answered our call immediately and were on site in less than an hour. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, getting us back on the road so we could continue our vacation. They are experts in their field, and he and his wife are just genuinely great people. Highly, highly recommend
Had an issue with my AC unit on my Sprinter at 6:00 am on Sunday of Labor Day weekend. I happened to be within 30 min of their service area and they got me right in, very polite and understanding, and had me fixed and back on the road within two hours. AMAZING service!
