UPDATE: This place gets worse and worse. We have been putting in work orders (for MULTIPLE issues) for over a year, the main complaint being our dryer. It takes 4-5 cycles to dry a small load of clothes. Laundry was piling up and we were resorting to paying a laundry service. Our electric bills were just way too high. They don't hire actual repair people. Despite us paying $2200+ EVERY MONTH they think sending in any human with a pulse and a screwdriver is sufficient. The dryer issue has NEVER been resolved. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Please don't believe all the positive reviews on their facebook and apartments.com - I found out those are curated and sorted by the company. Yelp is where you can see honest reviews. My husband and I lived in a Camden complex in Houston, TX and we absolutely loved it. The best apartment complex I have ever lived in.
