The office staff and maintenance are great the concerns I have are with the owners and property management of Camden Living. Rent is sky high but my AC is always out and in the winter my heating was out a lot. The building needs structural repairs. The AC units needs replacing. There is a lot of repairs needed to this property for what the tenants pay in rent. I’m new to Maryland and I’m very disappointed.
Wish I had found this company 30 years ago.

I live in Camden monument place in Fairfax, Va. This has been a miserable experience for me. I have made four noise complaints and nothing has been done about it. The extremely loud banging noises coming from my upstairs neighbor has made it both impossible to sleep and torturous to live with on a daily basis.
