Staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I called to have my prescriptions transferred here I’ve got nothing but a bunch of confused people to put me on hold get back on the phone and don’t and give me the run around about having my prescriptions. I’m waiting to get a call back to pick up my prescriptions and this is 9 days and counting. I say that to say they are not accepting new customers to transfer prescriptions if your life depends on getting any medication from here you will be without.
I liked this pharmacy and thought everyone was kind. I think its weird however, and Im not on the business side of things so I won't pretend to know how things work, that I had co-pays for my insulin and needles. I never did at rite aid but okay, I went ahead and paid them of course. I realized last week that the hours of operation dont work for me.
