Took the self guided tour today with high expectations given the location and price. Very disappointed. The upkeep here seems to be non-existent. The hallway carpets stink and there is bits of trash and dirt everywhere. The elevators seemed to be in a similar state. Felt more like a low rate Vegas hotel than a luxury property. We toured two show units, a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Both had a nice layout and amenities, but the materials seemed very cheap. I moved here because the building is marketed as a “luxury” property in Old Town Scottsdale but the upkeep does not reflect that at all. Hallway carpets smell because they have not been cleaned as promised, the package locker area is messy with packages scattered on the floor, and trash pickup is inconsistent which leaves garbage sitting in hallways for hours. Most recently there was dog feces and urine in front of the elevator in the morning. On top of that there was trash left on the elevator floor. Even after I emailed ma... read more
