I had a very pleasant tour. My tour guide was very personable and answered all my questions. I would have rented here, but I decided to move a little bit closer to my office to shave time off my daily commute. I had a great experience.
I’m paying $4500 a month for a penthouse and my ac has been broken for a week, I’m living in 87 degree Fahrenheit conditions but apparently to reception (Rennen) this is normal especially for a small dog. It’s abhorrent living conditions and disgusting customer service. And our standard of living should be matched to how the receptionist lives. Maintenance guys are great though. I would avoid this place at all costs. If paying $4500 gets me no help, no one will get help. As a current resident, avoid this place.

Apartment hunting with John was a solid experience — he was professional, easy to talk to, and kept things moving without pressure. He showed up with this oddly intriguing pin on his jacket which set the tone for his personality: quirky but dependable. He did lose three of our friendly bets during the showings, but he took the Ls like a champ. Overall, made the process smoother and more enjoyable. Signed the same day. Would definitely recommend.
