I have been a customer with camden national bank and have use multiple branches throughout the state of Maine and the employees at YORK branch are now customer service friendly and violated the banking timeliness of funds being release with informing me of the hold of 20 days of a paycheck being held causing serious negative consequences to my account such as mortgage nothoing through
I had an issue with some fees on my checking account that really upset me. I called and spoke with Kathleen at the York branch and she got the manager involved. They reversed the fees and gave me options to keep my account with them without the risk of further deductions. I am very pleased with the customer service and recommend this bank!
Extremely friendly team that is focused on making their customers happy! They went out of their way to make my visit faster when i was in a hurry, while still be very friendly and professional. Super-impressed!
