The atmosphere is nice, but the service providers are terrible! Everyone in the building acts as if they don’t understand what you’re saying. I requested a simple toe polish service with removal of the clear gel polish from my two big toes. Instead, the technician tried to paint over the old polish. When I asked him to remove all of the old and newly applied polish, he became visibly upset. He was also supposed to do a cut down but only completed it on one toe.
