We have lived here for 5 years. The management and maintenance teams are 100% top-notch: friendly, kindly, and professional. Wish these were condos for sale because we'd love to stay forever. Aside from a super convenient location, the community is well maintained, quiet, comfortable, and the management wants you to feel at home. 5/5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The staff - office and maintenance - is outstanding. I've lived here six weeks. All requests are addressed timely and cheerfully. While I don't know everyone's name, Marty and Alex in maintenance and Veronica and Alexis of the office staff have been a delight to work with. My apartment and the Camden Montierra development - I've lived in apartments, condos, and homes - I'm glad I moved here and look forward to continued enjoyment.
We moved into Camden Montierra at the end of September 2018 and we love it. We Can’t say enough about our apartment it is beautiful and roomy. The office staff is so efficient and friendly and are always doing things to make people feel at home! It was quite a change living here in Scottsdale AZ coming from Chicago and they made our transition much better and easier. I moved to Camden Montierra a little over a month ago and I could not be happier! When moving to Scottsdale I visited over 10 apartment complexes to choose the right one. Camden stood out right away. Not only are the apartments and complex amazing and updated, but the staff here is hands down the best.
