Unfortunately, I needed to check-in at Emergency this week and the stuff here have been nothing short of amazing with giving me the required care I needed. Thank you.
Just got turned away because I couldn't pay upfront. Even though Im feeling numbness on one side of my face. Simply because I'm an international student, the nurse didn't even bother to find out if I had insurance or not. Who pays for emergency services upfront?
I had a great experience in emergency today. I took my 13 month old daughter in for an issue with her ear and all three nurses that helped us were so warm and friendly. They were so lovely with my daughter and kept her calm (and also me) they resolved the issue with ease and my daughter was gifted a little comfort teddy to take home. One of the best hospital experiences I’ve had.
Was at Emergency on 6th March and the staff were nothing short of amazing. Made me feel so comfortable throughout the time I was there and Renita and Madara could not of been nicer. They were very relaxed and seemed like they just enjoyed there work and made this very uncomfortable experience way easier then I thought. Cannot thank you both enough
Excellent, From clerical to Triage, then pathology collected and Xray and medical assessment, very quick. Thankyou.
