My daughter went in at 6pm camden hospital the waiting room was half empty there were 3 head injuries my daughter being one of them people going in with no injuries and belly akes getting seen before the people who have head injuries and they say they take it on the emergency witch is priority i still can't father how a belly ake is more of a priority than a head wound or a open wound like the 3 people that were there last night we went there at 6pm and my daughter was not seen and fixed up till 2:15 am they had left the wou... read more
Absolutely disgraceful for a hospital and so called emergency room, I’ve been waiting here from 6:30pm with a snapped wrist, got X-rays and a referral, yet I’m left sitting here in horrific pain and only been given 1 endone and 2 Panadols. It is no 12:45am still yet to be seen. 1 doctor on. Absolutely appalling I’m surprised the place is still considered a hospital
Awful experience at Camden Hospital – completely unacceptable. I took my daughter to Camden Hospital after she developed severe facial swelling from a dental infection. Her dentist had drained the infection, placed a temporary filling, and prescribed antibiotics. He made it very clear that if the swelling had not gone down within 24 hours, it was an emergency, as the infection could spread throughout her body. Hurt myself at home staff here were great. Nurses and the doctors are wonderful. could not ask for better treatment. Great job all round.
I'm a regular (unfortunately)every 4 weeks for infusions. The staff are fantastic, caring and attentive. Due to a State Government decision the MACS facility is being moved to Campbelltown Hospital where the parking is diabolical. Camden Hospital is still a valuable asset to the local community providing many additional services.
