Had my first appointment today with Camden Haven Medical Centre. Very impressed, was given a warm greeting at reception with attention to my details. Showing care and compassion was incredible. The Doctor was thorough and spent extra time to get to know me. I would recommend this practice any day.
This is to reiterate my previous comments five days ago. On the Doctors urgent advice I went to Port Macquarie for cat scans for a head injury I had incurred the day before. My symptoms had gotten worse. I waited till the next day, the scans had arrived and I was told rather rudely by a receptionist that was new, that they were in thr Doctors in box and she will be in touch. Dr Phil is the best doctor and his staff (reception) Erica is just beautiful! The nurses are terrific, our whole family have been coming here for over 27 years! You don’t want to go to the doctors but it’s a pleasure when you see these guys! Thank you for everything xx
Both my wife & I have had the pleasure of attending this practice for over ten years! Travelling over an hour each way to our appointments. At all times we have experienced the utmost attention & care possible from both staff & in particular Dr. Phil. Nothing is a bother to this very capable & learned doctor whose knowledge extends across all fields possible.
