Great service. Knowledgeable, pragmatic and decent prices.
I called to inquire about a specific part and was immediately told they couldn’t help—no effort made to check or ask for vehicle or part details. When I suggested they might be able to order it in, the response felt reluctant at best. They finally asked for my phone number, but it was clear they weren’t interested in assisting. Extremely disappointing customer service. As a customer in the automotive trade I’ll be taking my businesses elsewhere. This isn’t business.
