When there is an issue with the lack of security or a package is missing (daily occurrence), management’s actual response time is quite fast but It’s always the same answer “ thank you for reaching out, we realize there’s a problem, and if you have a major security concern, call the Long Beach Police Department. Cars are constantly broken into and packages stolen. There is a courtesy security patrol but calling them “security” is a stretch of the imagination.
