RecommendedAfter looking at 8 different apartments I’m so happy I made it to this one. Will was absolutely amazing! I have a sales background and one thing I hate is pushy people and that was the experience I had prior at other places. Will was not like that at all!! He was very profesional and knowledgeable and let the apartment speak for itself. He gave a great tour and answered all questions I had. Really looking forward to living here!!! Thank you Will!!
Great place to live but the theft is extremely bad. To someone trying to steal my truck to stealing my catalytic converter to stealing 2500$ in tools in two years I’ve experienced 4 times someone has tried to steal something on this property. My advice if you’re trying to find a place to live find something else Camden does not care about your personal belongings extremely poor place to live the saftey is not there for the price you pay
I was recently widowed and move to NC for job change. Adrianna Smith who is the apartment lease agent has made my transition smooth and seamless. The apartment is cute, clean and homie. The apartment has also a cute small welcoming bag with detergents and essential stuffs. It is really a nice touch. Sum up, Camden made my move worthwile and the best experience I had so far (speaking from somebody who moved and lived in Bangkok, Singapore, Paris, Los Angeles). Thank you

I moved here 4 months ago from another Camden, I had lot of problem connecting my devices to the internet for almost a month. They use "Spectrum Community WiFi", where you cannot manage your devices by your own, you cannot get a wired connection, you have to add every device in their portal to get access to your devices. This place is beyond trash. Cracks in all the walls, holes in the floors, every piece of plumbing has broken at least once, there are CONSTANT cockroaches and ants. Maintenance has had to come fix something in my unit nearly every single week that we've lived here. Windows are doors are drafty as hell, cannot keep the unit cool or warm, costing us way too much in energy bills.
