Do not live here. They changed management companies multiple times over the year that I lived here and made it extremely difficult for residents, especially college kids who lived here in hopes of an easy living situation for their first apartment. Maintenance did not properly fix things and had to be called back multiple times for simple issues. Please reconsider your living !!! I can guarantee Camden Forest is not where you should be living, nor considering for school housing. They have treated their tenets like trash since 2019, and have had unorganized and reckless managers come in and out of ownership over 3 times in a single year. If you are looking for please you can stress over 24/7 this is your place. Would give zero stars but this needs to be known.

Don’t even think about it. Cheapest appliances known to man. The size of the bedrooms and closets may be tempting, but constantly dealing with something breaking/not working ruins everything. Want to dry your clothes? Too bad the dryer doesn’t work. Want to hang up a hand towel in the bathroom? Oh no the ring for it feel down! Want to open the microwave? Oopsies, the door cover feel off. Left my friend homeless, claimed her SIGNED LEASE was never a thing. She has three weeks until college starts and now has no where to live. They should be ashamed.

This is the most unethical and disgusting group of people I have ever experienced. With the "changing" of management they blindsided my two roommates and I, leaving the three of us homeless two weeks before our move in date. There was no contact from new or old management of any changes. And now the owners will no longer honor my SIGNED lease. They have called us liars and are completely unfit to run any sort of business.
