**Edited to say that the gate has been working every time for several months so I am upping the stars, maybe they finally fixed the issue! Unsure if customer service is any better because I have not had to contact them thankfully** Cheaper is not always better. There have been several times I have went to get in my unit and the code didn't work to open the gate. I've been calling this woman for 2 days. I'm now thinking she has my number blocked because it won't go through at all. If I don't pay by today it'll be late and I told her that. She's very unprofessional! This is ridiculous and I'm pissed if I could give this 0 stars I would
