Easy peasy, at the bottom of the Ben Franklin Bridge, limited parking but wasn't busy. Counter person was very polite and personable, handled my account closure very quick and was friendly.

The NJ EZpass system is one of the most fraudulent operations in the country. The comments say it all. I have a PA EZ Pass account, and when you have to call them, they pick up in minutes, and assume good intentions (like when you had an issue due to changing debit cards, etc.). With NJ though, I don't think any humans actually work there. I know none have EVER answered my calls. Just left the Camden NJ center and worked with an amazing lady named Fanesha. This young lady worked with the company for 19 years and she is so sweet and kind like it's her first day on the job. I enjoyed speaking with her and she had a keen memory because she remembered helping me over 6-8 years ago which is the last time I came into this office. I had a great time talking to Fanesha so ask for her if you want top notch customer service.

Had an ez pass account under my plate and they still sent a toll violation and count dispute. Thanks for nothing
