NJ EZ pass is a money hungry organization. They send toll violations while you have a EZ pass. For the same day all my other tolls were processed normally except this one. My toll was $5.65 and the admin fee was $50.00. I did call customer service number multiple times. I waited literally for hours, nobody picked up the call. Obviously it is a monopoly business. Everyday people will always suffer.
The one of staff was very professional and helpful. She explained everything we asked and she was kind, sweet. I definitely recommend this center.
