Terrible management! This is not a non-smoking community. I can't even use my patio because of the smoke from the neighbors. Very loud with no respect for others and management will do nothing about the noise. Rent will be increased over $200 and they will raise your PET RENT! Look at other apartments close by, much nicer and newer! The crime in this community is out of control, cars being broken into and stolen!
