Not what it used to be I rented an apartment here for a little over 3 years. When I first moved in the complex was well taken care of, the service was top notch and I felt safe and taken care of. By the time I moved out, the security gate hadn't worked for almost 2 years, the landscaping had suffered and the buildings were showing their wear. Profits Over People Beware before renting at this place; it is run by a large corporation that is traded on Wall St. What this means is they only care about profit; they do not care about you as a person. Their priority is to please their stockholders and squeeze as many dollars out of their tenants as possible. Every time your lease comes up for expiration you get an "Early Bird Special" of a rent increase. My last offer was a rent increase of over $200 non-negotiable. Nice Place to Live I've been the longest resident at this complex (over 10 years) and have witnessed much change in the complex over the years. I love my apartment and the location. It is, in my opinion, the best location in any part of suburban Denver. The staff has had some problems over the years. Some of the staff has been absolutely amazing and some others in the past have been incompetent and at times shady. RecommendedAfter looking at 8 different apartments I’m so happy I made it to this one. Will was absolutely amazing! I have a sales background and one thing I hate is pushy people and that was the experience I had prior at other places. Will was not like that at all!! He was very profesional and knowledgeable and let the apartment speak for itself. He gave a great tour and answered all questions I had. Really looking forward to living here!!! Thank you Will!!
Great place to live but the theft is extremely bad. To someone trying to steal my truck to stealing my catalytic converter to stealing 2500$ in tools in two years I’ve experienced 4 times someone has tried to steal something on this property. My advice if you’re trying to find a place to live find something else Camden does not care about your personal belongings extremely poor place to live the saftey is not there for the price you pay

WARNING TO RESIDENTS AND POTENTIAL RESIDENTS. When you move out Camden will charge you excess cleaning fees above and beyond those they are allowed to charge and which are defined in your lease. They will not notify you of this, even if you have a satisfactory move out inspection done like I did. If you refuse to pay there will be no recourse they will send you to a creditor. Terrible management! This is not a non-smoking community. I can't even use my patio because of the smoke from the neighbors. Very loud with no respect for others and management will do nothing about the noise. Rent will be increased over $200 and they will raise your PET RENT! Look at other apartments close by, much nicer and newer! The crime in this community is out of control, cars being broken into and stolen!
So noisy. Lots of noise from the neighbors al around and nothing is done about it. My boyfriend is always sending complaints about the noise. The neighbors smoke, this is supposed to be a non-smoking apartment complex and there is the stench of marijuana all down the hallway. We are on the third floor and it is impossible to escape the smell of marijuana. The crime here is bad, my boyfriends truck was broken into last week.
