Went to the county store to get my son's first passport. They were very helpful and kind. I needed the passport ASAP and they help and explained me the quick process. They gave me the appointment for the next day. We paid for the expedited service and got my son's passport in exactly 2 weeks.
Worst group of human beings.. You pay their salary for them to do nothing. Every time I've delt with this unorganized cluster it's led to them lying or misleading. Please automate their jobs. They literally don't do anything but act rude if you have a question.
Receptionist was awful!! Not busy and she was miserable!! This store does not portray a helpful happy county atmosphere! The lady who helped me with my notary was apologetic and helpful, but otherwise this store is unprofessional and not a pleasant vist!!
Appointment was available on the same day, and I got what I needed in less than 10 minutes.
