The location is great; however, there are some drawbacks living here. If you want a city view, or hangout at the pool be aware that you will hear a loud noise from the driveway grate below. When a car drives over it, and they often do, it makes a very loud noise. The first day that I moved in I asked a Camden agent if that was going to be fixed and was told yes on numerous occasions and it still not fixed (I have the emails). Camden Cotton Mills is a well maintained property ,the staff is great and can't beat the location ! All around it's a great place to live !
I was helping a friend move and had the opportunity to stop by the office. The management team is absolutely amazing, even when I’m not even a resident. Very professional and personable. I was so amazed that I felt I needed to leave a review. Also, the studio apartments are GORGEOUS. Very cozy. And that closet space. 🙌🏼
I absolutely love this home! They are always attentive and fix things fast! Always friendly! And today I was surprised with a cake for really no reason! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!
