Was there visiting a client in the behavioral unit on the third floor. The nurses have sleeve tattoos . It looks very tacky and unprofessional, unkempt. The room floor was dirty with an old bandaid on the floor. The call light was not working . The clients arm was bleeding. My husband is currently a patient here. I do NOT recommend this hospital. There has been little to no communication from staff to my husband of what they are doing, why they are doing it, or any communication on any of his results from tests. I was treated poorly by staff. When asked why I could not remain with my husband for the night, considering the room was equipped for it I was rudely told by one of the night nurses in the CVICU "Because I can't give you special treatment" and rudely spoken over when asking about the po... read more
I had a stroke in the waiting room and they gave me a Tylenol and put me in a room for 2 hours and didn't do nothing about it and I left thank God nobody goes there I hope not
Trying to order from the gift shop is unbelievably frustrating when your family is in ICU and You’re in another state across the country. No body answers the phone. The answering service sends you on a transfer and you basically are disconnected with a message they never respond to. What a joke
Waited for over two hours in the waiting room. Was finally called back and it ended up being for ultrasound. Got placed in a room after and saw x-ray next. Didn’t see a nurse until probably an hour after that and I got an attitude about it and she gave attitude right back because she was dealing with a sick infant.
