They say they put the patients needs as the No. 1 Priority. That's nor true at all as we experienced this first hand. Unfortunately there was a week where we were not able to pay and the Receptionist was lovely and advised that we could pay the following session which we thought was great customer service and understanding that circumstances change. The poor Receptionist then had to call us back and advise that the Practice Manager had advised her that they couldn't be flexible and needed payment. We ended up having to cance... read more
