I recently broke my hand and after getting X-rays I went and personally saw a hand surgeon as I couldn’t get an appointment with the local practice. But Dr Touma did get my X-rays I received a call from the practice 13 days after the incident and 8 days after my surgery , which involved a metal screw being placed . The call I received said “ the doctor said you may have a fracture “ my reply was disbelief, it took the practice 13 days to view the X-rays and make a call. We’ve been coming here for years. Dr. Perera has been amazing with both me and my baby. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and also patient and friendly. My husband and parents see Dr. Klocker, and they hold him in high regard.
I have been coming here since 2014 & brought my family here. The whole clinic is run professionally, the staff are warm & friendly & flexible. Dr Amadeus Klocker in particular, has an outstanding bedside manner and is very thorough.
I would like to heart warmly thank all the doctors here. I’ve been patient in this practice for a few years and I have always been looked after with professionalism and honesty. Thank you 🙏🏻
