Excellent Service from reception staff and doctors.
Fantastic service. Always willing to attend to our needs in a caring way. Especially when we have needed immediate attention.
I recently broke my hand and after getting X-rays I went and personally saw a hand surgeon as I couldn’t get an appointment with the local practice. But Dr Touma did get my X-rays I received a call from the practice 13 days after the incident and 8 days after my surgery , which involved a metal screw being placed . The call I received said “ the doctor said you may have a fracture “ my reply was disbelief, it took the practice 13 days to view the X-rays and make a call.
