Never once when I went to this place did they inform me about a co-pay or any insurance deductible. I never received any billing statement in the mail, but saw that they were sending it to my email address which a lot of times I don't even check. How did one of my bills started out at $35 dollars, then the next it skyrocketed to over $700. Zero way to talk to them aside from a text they have a reminder system that is bullshit and a system that is designed against customer who have technical issues or any issue involving service.
Providers and therapist genuinely care! Great place with great people!
The provider and therapist here really care about you and that’s hard to come by in mental health. Feels great to have providers actually listen to you which is almost half of the treatment itself
My child has seen 2 different providers at Camden Behavioral Wellness over the years and I would highly recommend both. Dealing with this office is always a pleasure and everyone is professional and helpful.
