They are extremely short staff and you always need to wait even if you have an appointment. This place has been downgrading in the last year, I’m not sure how they are still be able to survive. The girls working here are kind and it’s not their fault, they are trying the best. However the owner of the shop should take some serious actions as they are really losing all their clients. Can’t find to finish my laser package to not come here anymore.

Very bad experience - I had booked a prepaid appointment and it still started half an hour later. Someone really inexperienced did my manicure - My cuticle had a mild bleeding that I could not take a pic of. She painted my nails worse than a child would. I could see that she is completely new to this field and has no clue.

Horrible, paid £65 for acrylics, and I was told they would last about 3 weeks but they came off in a few days, started the appointment at 2:30 finished at 6:50 that’s how long these people take, not only did my nails come off in a couple of days but they started to get mold under them, don’t waste your money here

Paid £99 for face and back pore extraction. Which was just a facial and being pounded on the back. Surface extractions were Only done after repeatedly asking for deep extraction, my mum also called to ask them again during the treatment. Won’t be going back.
