Nightmare with the billing dept so far. Several times I provided them my insurance and for some reason I can’t understand they aren’t billing them. They are keep billing us the full amount with putting the claim on the insurance first!
My husband has been seen by Dr Burns. He is an outstanding doctor. He is kind, always lets you ask questions and explains everything where you understand. Highly recommend him.
I wish to lodge a formal complaint against the office of Dr. Camden Burns, orthopedic surgery of IU Health Physicians. I do not know exactly whether the negligence is a result of my actual physician Dr. Burns himself, or that of his staff completely ignoring all of the messages I left - but I honestly suspect the latter. I had ACDF surgery at IU North. Dr. Burns did an excellent job with my surgery. I am a Type 1 Diabetic and had to stay in the hospital for three days post surgery. My post surgical care was impeccable! I can't say enough good things about the care I received before, during and after my procedure.
