Dewayne is a lifesaver! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. There is a reason this man does not need to advertise his business like others do- because the people who use his business ALL recommend him! We were quoted $14,000 for a new unit, but Dewayne properly assessed our unit and was able to patch ours up for a few hundred. Will definitely purchase a new unit from him when the time is right!

Unfortunately, I don't trust them to do what they promise. I was told twice by the owner that they would come out to my house for a service call. The last message indicated that they were on the way. Later, I received word from the technician that they had been directed to another location and would not be coming to my house.

Unit was installed in January of 2022. Has been keeping ice on it constantly every winter. I keep getting the run around about when he is going to come by and fix it. He literally drives by every day and at one point even text me and said he thought I fixed it? I’m pretty sure its warranty work but even if it’s not I would like to get fixed.
