CAMCO has been our HOA's manager for over a decade. They have provided sound guidance on condo law, advice on maintenance and repairs, and were there for us during the 2017 big winter when snow was accumulating and stairs and decks were breaking. They know the area's vendors and provide unbiased recommendations.
CAMCO has been our property manager at Ski Trails at Northstar for many years. Eric Wicks, AM Os owner is knowledgeable in HOA finance and CA condo law as well as the procedures required to run proper HOA meeting. Tim and the rest of Eric’s team are great at repairs and maintenance items. Eric also has a broad network that can deal with painting, snow removal and other more expensive needs.
