very bad service unloading within 4 hours then am go in side for paper work they just taking and kidding am ask give me paper work they said wait they half hour just talking not give paper very very stupid staff
Slow, slow, slow!!! Take more then 4 hours to load my truck. So far only one truck move out of docks for entire morning. Forklift driver told me she is overloaded. My driving time is victim of their lunch break which is included. By the way I must tell about tight space for backup, massive guard rail and huge car parking lot they have, useless of course. I hope some managers read all these reviews. Good bless America.

These people don't have a concert of right and wrong. Stupidity on another level. Door 27 is driver check-in door, but they keep it locked. There is button next to it, which a person would assume is a bell to ring. You can wait undefinetely because it is not connected to "anything" according to a beauty with a pierced nose. Pretty touchy when you try to explain all that seams dumb. Three females on forklifts stay behind this notorious door 27 and keep it locked "because the manager said so.
