Very professional and knowledgable. I would highly recommend camco . I had an issue with a neighbor and camco helped deal with the disagreement affectivly and both parties were satisfied . Thank you camco !!!

My current (and previous home) is in a HOA managed by CAMCO and I have never had a bad experience with them. If you follow your CCRs and pay your bill you won't have an issue and the few times I have had to call the office for anything the staff has always been polite and helpful!!

I've lived in 2 CAMCO communities. Problems in both! We had one amazing community manager, but she left. The current one plays favorites, is rude to most, causes problems between neighbors...and I WAS the HOA prez. I resigned because I didn't want people to think I was part of the disregard of CC&Rs by KB Home & CAMCO. They need to be investigated. CC&R rules are a JOKE to them!!

BAD – Very poor service to the ones they are suppossed to be serving. They give authorization to a bunch of thieves to take your car even when you are within the limits of the postings. I'm trying to get a pettion started to have these tyrants loosen their grips on myself as well as my community. to see the thieves they use please refer to custom towing

STAY AWAY!!! – This HOA company is the absolute worst!! I have been the President of my HOA for several years and Camco was our management company. About a year ago, we found out they were stealing money from us and charging us fees for items that were supposed to be included in our contract. They even tried to get us to sign an updated contract telling us it was the same as our old one that they had "misplaced" yet come to find out it was brand new and included tons of fees we shouldn't have been charged for. The worst management company in Vegas – They are horrible. They pick the homeowners off one at a time. They will harass you in violation of the CC&Rs. They do not return calls, respond to emails or letters or answers questions at Board Meetings. Their violation notices are inconsistent and incorrect. They will not allow anyone access to the community records. They are useless! If you're thinking about hiring them, don't. Not worth it. – I've had CAMCO Nevada as the HOA for my community for a few years now, and as a long distance property owner, I have not had great experiences with them. As much as I would like to agree that HOAs in general have some importance in regards to ensuring the neighborhood and keeping the properties in the community in decent condition as possible, one would also agree that HOAs have to be reasonable and worth the cost.
