Wasn't sure since this seemed like a small dealer but WOW! I am in the customer service industry and Chris really went way beyond on the purchase of our Audi A4. He brought the car to our house and was 0 pressure. Answered all the questions and was patient. Easy to deal with we agreed on a price and he delivered the car (fully cleaned and looking good) and brought all paperwork to our home 3 days later!
