9am appointment overly crowded wasn’t called until 9:30 to fill out paperwork after all that was told they couldn’t find my insurance after I came at 8:30am smh so annoyed I just left

Dr. Kate Chen and Jamie were amazing. She was patient with me for over two hours trying to make me numb enough to pull a tooth. Unfortunately I need to be put under because my anxiety will not let the stuff do it's job. Thank you so much for being very sweet, patient and not giving up on me.
