On October 21st, I visited Camcare for two fillings performed by Dr. Shah, who is no longer affiliated with the practice. Subsequently, I returned to the office on December 5th as an emergency walk-in due to the fillings failing. As an employee of a dental office, I had my x-rays taken and reviewed by my colleague, who identified the incorrect placement of the fillings.
