Awful experience I can’t get call backs ever. I have had 5 ER visits & 8 Clinical visits. Still having the same issue. No answers, no call back & I currently think I have infection but can not get any help. I’ve been dealing with this since July 2025. Changed to Thomas Memorial/WVU medicine. My review got deleted. Here it is, again. On 8/16/23 I had an appointment at 3100 MacCorkle Ave SE Suite 610 With Michael Stencel, DO. I needed my chronic prostatitis treated properly. He Had a catheter put on me After the one I had on was taken off. The Thing was hurting me right away. Around 54 hours. I started getting blood in my urine so I took the thing off. The doctor cause me More pain and suffering. A month later, and I'm still hurting. I believe I had told that doctor that I couldn't take a size 16 or a 14 catheter.... read more
Had an appointment at 215 on August 28th, waiting for 1 hour in the exam room for the doctor, I left after 1 hour because the doctor never showed up. I do not recommend this place. I will be going to a real doctor that actually respects his patients.
This is by far the worst set of doctors I've ever dealt with in my entire. My mental health is degenerated dramatically after dealing with these people. I had to beg to be seen after a referral from my doctor. I've been consistently lied to about my medications and had to beg for the medications in which I have. And they still haven't called in the right medicine. For your own well-being and health do not see these doctors they do not care about their patience.
