Love Dr.Balbuena, she’s very thorough easy to talk to and understanding. Office staff is really friendly too!
difficult to get ahold of
Worst clinic I’ve ever been to… rude staff, PA is unprofessional, dismissive of my questions and concerns, worst experience I’ve ever had with any medical office. I have 20 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse and I can truly say this clinic , staff and providers are not in business because they care at all about the patients . Go somewhere else.. after 5 appts here and no efforts from this place to improve or treat my rheumatoid issue, I asked my general provider for alternative referral.
