I have a hard time understanding my doctor
Staff was kind and helpful. Appointment was on time. Doctor was very thorough
They seem to like the decline calls because they don't want to talk to you definitely will be getting care somewhere else because no one wants to answer their phone and there's no way it's lunch hour because lunch doesn't last 3 hours
My husband was discharged from the hospital (August) with instructions to follow up with a neurologist within 2 weeks for a possible MS diagnosis. Dr. Smith was the neurologist on his discharge instructions. When I called this office, the soonest available appointment was not for another 2 months (October) which is ridiculous. Once again CAMC fails to deliver and we will be seeking care elsewhere.
